Who looks after your information
Namai’s operator and privacy contact will be identified here before the waitlist opens.
What joining means
With your consent, we use your email address to send Namai launch updates and an invitation to download the app. A confirmation email checks that the address belongs to you. You join the mailing list only after confirming.
What we store
We store your email address, signup source (the hero or closing form), signup and confirmation times, the consent wording you accepted, and your subscription status. To limit automated abuse, the service temporarily stores a keyed hash of the submitting network address and a request count. The waitlist database does not store the raw network address.
Who helps deliver the service
Supabase stores waitlist records and Resend delivers email on our behalf. The website host also processes technical request information needed to deliver and protect the website. Hosting, processor agreements, and any applicable international transfer safeguards must be documented by the operator before a public launch.
Your choices
You can withdraw consent using the unsubscribe link in your email. You can also contact the operator to request access, correction, or deletion. You may complain to your local data protection authority; in Lithuania, this is the State Data Protection Inspectorate.
How long we keep it
We use waitlist information only while running the waitlist and its launch updates. The operator should review the list after launch and remove records no longer needed. Unsubscribed addresses may be kept in a limited suppression record to make sure they are not accidentally mailed again. Abuse counters are cleaned up as new requests arrive.
The interactive page
Tapping a creature only changes what this browser tab shows. It doesn’t create an account or send household information to a server. This website does not currently include marketing analytics or tracking cookies.
Before we launch
This notice describes the website’s waitlist, not the future app’s handling of household or billing information. The app will have its own relevant disclosures.
